The Grand Summit Corp passed a hurdle in purchasing 28 vacant lots in Eagles on the Waters Edge for $30,000. Fenton City Council approved the sole bid for these properties at its meeting on Monday, May 13.

With this approval, city staff can begin a process of negotiating a purchase agreement and reviewing building and planning issues.

Sixteen of the vacant parcels are on Eagle Drive East and 12 of the vacant parcels are on Watercress Lane. (See map at right.)
