The NTLA provides endless opportunities for professionals and novices in the tax lien and deed to engage and grow. Through conferences, committees, or webinars—there are numerous chances to network and connect with individuals grappling with similar challenges as yours. NTLA membership consists of new investors and seasoned leaders in all facets of the tax sale industry, including tax lien investors, tax deed investors, government officials, lenders, servicers, accountants, law firms, real estate developers and REO asset managers, title companies, auction companies, software and technology firms.

NTLA has created a tailored dues structure to meet the needs of individual members and larger organizations. Each membership category has unique value, with a larger entity receiving more membership accounts so the benefits extend to all staff under that organization.

For certain membership categories below, the dollar amount refers to the gross purchase price of annual acquisitions or lending over the last 12 months.
