The San Bernardino County Auditor-Controller/Tax Collector will host an online tax sale auction for thousands of unpaid parcels.

There are 2,200 parcels available with bids starting as low as $1,350, county officials said. The properties are subject to the tax collector’s power to sell because of a default in the payment of property taxes. The tax sale is to collect unpaid property taxes and convey title to the purchaser, subject to the title limitations. 

Properties available for sale, due to non-payment of property taxes, are auctioned within four years of the time such properties become subject to the tax collector’s power to sell. The county tax collector is responsible for the administration of these sales.

The tax sale will be conducted online by an independent contractor at sbcounty.mytaxsale.com.
