MIAMI, FL. – May 13th, 2014 –National Tax Lien Association (NTLA) Executive Director Brad Westover and Treasurer Gary Branse traveled to Miami with a donation check of four thousand dollars ($4,000) to the Habitat for Humanity. The generous offering was a result of the collective donations of NTLA 2014 Annual Conference attendees, where 100% of their donation is funded directly to Habitat for Humanity for its Miami-Dade County citizens.

The NTLA chose Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami as the charity to receive the donation in early 2014. Since 1989, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami has helped change the lives of nearly 1000 families in Miami-Dade County. They are focused on changing their community by providing low-income families with homeownership opportunity. The NTLA felt confident that it was a deserving organization who shared aligning goals that would put the money to good use. 

“We believe in investing in America’s communities through funding local government delinquent tax roles and through charitable donations.” said Brad Westover, Executive Director, National Tax Lien Association.
