Real Auction is excited to introduce a new feature in our software to enhance the bidding process. This update will allow us to identify liens with a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) assessment. These liens will be marked with an icon on the bid screen, similar to the HX icon for Homesteaded liens, enabling bidders to discern which liens carry a PACE assessment quickly.

They understand that many Tax Collectors caution against PACE and that this information is crucial for investors when deciding whether to bid on a lien.

When a bidder hovers over the icon, the "Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE)" tooltip will appear, providing immediate clarity.
