Fayette County commissioners on Thursday approved a contract that will permit all future tax sales to be held online.

The contract approved is between the Fayette County Tax Claim Bureau and Bid4Assets.

Commissioners said this will allow tax sales to be held online at www.bid4assets.com instead of having in-person auctions.
