... “Normally we post in July, but this year we will be posting in June," stated Gilbert. "The change in posting is for any property that is headed to the Upset Tax Sale in September. There is a charge associated with that posting, a sixty-dollar fee, so we want to make sure that people are aware of this change, moving that posting date up a whole month. If residents want to avoid that sixty-dollar fee, they will need to come in and get those taxes paid by late May.”

The Warren County Tax Bureau will be conducting an Upset Sale in September; the first sale that properties go through when they are two years delinquent in taxes.
