I, Darla Sullivan, Collector within and for Ozark County, Missouri, hereby give notice as provided in Section 140.170 of the Missouri Revised Statutes, that I shall offer at public auction to the highest bidder the hereinafter described lots and lands as may be necessary to discharge the taxes, interest and charges which may be due thereon at the time of sale. The sale will be held in or adjacent to the courthouse in Ozark County, Missouri on August 25, 2025, at 10 a.m. No sale shall be made to any person who is delinquent on any tax payment.
