Job Title: Auction Bidders (Part-Time 1099)

Location: Multi-State Coverage – Primary markets include Texas, Florida, Arizona, New Jersey, Indiana, Maryland, Tennessee, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Iowa
(Flexible based on your location; applicants may choose one or multiple counties/regions)

Overview:

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to attend county tax lien and tax deed auctions and execute bidding strategies on behalf of our firm. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone comfortable working independently, handling funds responsibly, and making disciplined, real-time decisions in competitive auction environments.

Responsibilities:

• Attend in-person and/or online county tax lien and tax deed auctions
• Execute bidding strategies based on predefined criteria, budgets, and yield thresholds
• Monitor auction activity and adjust within approved parameters
• Accurately record all bids, wins, and results in real time
• Submit post-auction reports, documentation, and receipts within required timelines
• Coordinate with internal team regarding auction outcomes, redemptions, and follow-up actions
• Maintain strict adherence to compliance, bidding limits, and company protocols

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured bidding guidelines
• Ability to manage assigned capital responsibly within strict limits
• Comfortable making quick decisions in fast-paced auction environments
• Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and online auction platforms
• Reliable transportation for in-person auctions (where applicable)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience with tax lien or tax deed auctions
• Real estate, foreclosure, or investment background
• Familiarity with county auction processes and redemption timelines

Compensation:

• Competitive per-auction or per-day pay structure under 1099
• Travel and lodging reimbursement (when applicable)
• Flexible schedule based on auction calendar
