Adam D. Greenberg is the Managing Member of Honig & Greenberg, L.L.C. A 1990 graduate of The American University, and Rutgers Law, Camden (1994), he is admitted in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the District Courts for New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Greenberg’s practice includes foreclosure, collection, real property and title litigation, as well as bankruptcy litigation, as well as representation of condominium and homeowner associations. He has appeared before the New Jersey Supreme Court and Appellate Division many times, including representing the NTLA as amicus curiae.

Mr. Greenberg has been a speaker or panelist for various groups including the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the Tax Collector & Treasurers Association of New Jersey, the National Tax Lien Association, various county bar associations, and others. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (Bankruptcy, Real Property, and Municipal Court sections), and the Camden County Bar Association (Debtor-Creditor and Municipal Court sections).
